The July 10, 2010 Membership meeting was called to order by the Vice President, Mike Winitzer at 3:00 pm. There were 30 members present.
New Members:
The club would like to welcome Brian Tedesco (Lunenburg), Salvatore Silvio (Townsend), and Norman Poirer (Fitchburg) into membership this month.
Important notice:
It was listed on the club’s calendar that the pond would be closed for a summer clean up from July 11th – August 14th. This is to inform members that the pond will not be closed during that timeframe.
Past Events:
A .22 shoot that was held had a very small attendance. The club would like to continue to run these. It was decided that if you plan on attending the next .22 shoot that you call the range officer, Larry at (978) 362-3530 and leave him a message that you will be attending. The next shoot is scheduled from August 4th- September 1st at 6:30 pm.

The club would like to thank both Carlos and Jim for donating their winnings towards the kid’s derby.
The club held a meat and seafood raffle on June 27th. There was a very small crowd that attended but it seemed like just about everyone left with something.
By the way Duffy I hope that you enjoyed your lobsters!!!

August 29th the club will be holding a meat and seafood raffle from 1:00 – 4:00 pm. There will be a variety of BBQ meats as well as seafood and lobsters!
Range News:
Members don’t forget to sign in once on the range. Only paper target are permitted.
Good and Welfare:
Present to win the attendance drawing was Dennis Pimentil, The consolation was won by Ken Saucier. The 50/50 liability was also won by Dennis Pimentil, it was worth $46.00. (You almost had 3 for 3)!!
To the members who have requested to newsletter via email. You may have noticed that you did not get it last month and will probably not get it this month, the reason being is that I did something stupid and deleted the “group” out of my address so I have to go back in and put every one back into the group. This of course will take some time to do so please be patient.
Check the club’s answering machine for updates on when the derbies will resume.
